I've had the same unit with City Storage for almost 2 years now!
After comparing prices to space, and considering location and easy accessibility for over a month, I checked out an available unit here first. I immediately knew it was the perfect place for my storage needs!
I'm incredibly grateful to say that I have NEVER had any issues or trouble with anything at all since that day in 2021!!!
Benjamin is an exceptionally excellent owner/manager. He will help out with any needs from scheduling payments to showing spaces. Mr. Moore even contacted me directly once to let me know that the lock on my unit was locked, but it had not been locked into the door! He let me know that he noticed it during a walk through! That kind of management just isn't happening in most places anymore, and I'm glad to have a place that I trust with my irreplaceable items to stay safe and insured!!!
(* I pay a flat $5 fee/month through City Storage that covers my insurance through them, however they allow you to opt to go through your own insurance company if you so choose.)

- Head south on S College Rd toward Oleander Dr
- Slight right onto US-117 S/Shipyard Blvd (signs for Shipyard Boulevard)
- Turn right after McDonald's (on the right)
- Continue straight onto S Front St
- Turn right
- City Storage North will be on the left
From Leland, NC:
- Get on NC-133 N/US-17 N/US-74 E/US-76 E in Town Creek
- Head southeast on Village Rd NE toward Village Rd NE
- Continue onto NC-133 S/River Rd SE
- Use the left lane to merge onto NC-133 N/US-17 N/US-74 E/US-76 E via the ramp to Wilmington
- Follow US-17 N/US-76 E to S Front St in Wilmington. Take the exit toward State Port from US-17 N/US-17 BUS N/US-76 E
- Merge onto NC-133 N/US-17 N/US-74 E/US-76 E
- Keep left to continue on US-17 N/US-17 BUS N/US-76 E
- Take the exit toward State Port
- Follow S Front St to your destination
- Slight right onto S Front St
- Turn left

- Take US-17 N/US-17 BUS N/US-421 S/US-76 E to S Front St in Wilmington. Take the exit toward State Port from US-17 N/US-17 BUS N/US-421 S/US-76 E
- Head southeast
- Continue onto US-421 N/US-74 E
- Turn left onto USS North Carolina Rd
- Turn left onto US-421 S/US-74 W
